Our Internships are a one-month to one-year mission experience for passionate young adults who want to make a difference and use their skills to advance the Kingdom around the world.

Our Interns

  • learn alongside experienced missionaries,

  • serve with existing ministries, and

  • grow in their relationship with God and understanding of missions.

Hi. I’m Josh Reynolds

I serve on-field, short-term missionaries as the Pastor of Mobilization:

  • I speak at conferences and college campuses inviting GEN Z to participate in the spread of the gospel.

  • I write and spend time focusing on discipleship with students. Discipleship prepares missionaries for the field, sustains us on the field, and shapes our decisions as we leave the field. 

  • I help missionaries discern God's next steps for their lives. We follow a defined path to articulate the Spirit's whispers from the trip, make visual the turning points of each person's story, and spend dedicated time praying together listening for clarity moving forward.
